One of our clients who are a large government owned power consortium require additional coal and has requested we investigate potential supplies from Australia for up to 300,000 mt / month.

 The client\'s coal specification is as follows.
 
GCV Kcl / ARB         &nbs p;          = 6,300 cal/kg ( Rejection <5,900 )

Total Moisture % ARB = 25-35

Inherent Moisture % ADB = 10 -15 ( Rejection 18% )

Ash Content ( % ) = 12 max ( Rejection >18% )

Volatile Matter ( % ) = 39 – 42 max.

Fixed Carbon ( % ) = By Difference.

Sulphur ( % ) = 0.9 max ( Rejection 1 % )

HGI = 40 – 45 min

Please advise us if your mining company can provide this specification of coal , the quantity per month capability delivered to port  and an indication of the FOB price at current levels.

Initial demand will be a minimum of 4 PANAMAX / month ( 320,000 mt ) increasing over time.

Our client will be visiting Australia mid May 2009 to negotiate supply contracts.
